Returns, Defective Replacements, Warranty

Returns:

Units purchased, and received, within the last 30 days, are eligible for a return. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping cost is not reimbursable, and does not count towards the 15% restocking fee. 

Return shipping is covered by Dream Machines, because we believe in providing the best customer service that will create lasting, loyal customers. Dream Machines recommends using the provided shipping box so that your provided return shipping label covers the cost of return.

Here's how your return amount is calculated:

Total Order Amount - 15% Restocking Fee - Original Shipping Cost = Your Refund.

 

Please include the following in your return:

  • Printed order confirmation
  • Original product packaging
  • All accessories (spare mouse feet and instructions)

NOTE: Returned units which are missing components will be assess an additional 10% restocking fee.

Upon testing and unit returned to our inventory, a refund is processed to the card used in the original purchase. Please allow at 7 days from when we received the item, and at least 48 hours for the amount to post to your account from the time when you receive email confirmation of the return to your email.

 

Defective Units Replacements:

1) Testing Shows Defective Unit

If a replacement is requested by the customer, and the original unit is found to be defective (which affects typical gameplay or function), Dream Machines will send a refurbished unit. Refurbished units are typically returns which have shown minimal use and are in working condition.

INTERNATIONAL: The above offer is not available outside the United States. International customers who request a replacement will be required to pay shipping for the replacement unit. International customers accept the risk of defective units and high shipping costs in either direction. This applies to any country outside the United States, including customers who utilize a shipping courier to move goods to their home country.

 

2) Testing Shows Functional Unit

If the unit is inspected and there is no discernible defect in the mouse, the customer will be issued a partial refund as follows:

Total Order Amount - 15% Restocking Fee - Original Shipping Cost = Your Refund.

The customer may repurchase another unit normally.

Warranty Claims:

Units purchased outside of 30 days which have broken in normal game play are eligible to a replacement refurbished unit that was tested a found to be in working condition. Units are eligible to warranty up to one year from date of purchase.
